My path into wellness began long before my yoga training. From dance and collegiate cheerleading to fitness instruction, yoga, plant-based nutrition, and holistic living, I’ve spent decades exploring the connection between movement, health, and human potential.

 

Today, I combine traditional yoga practices with modern wellness education to create experiences that are both accessible and practical for everyday life.

 

Whether I’m guiding a yoga class, facilitating a workshop, leading a retreat, speaking to a group, or supporting workplace wellness initiatives, my goal is the same: to help people reconnect with themselves, create sustainable habits, and develop tools that support greater energy, resilience, and well-being.
